Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our products (beauty and personal care), all sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or if you receive the wrong item, you must contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@punzel.ca with clear photos of the product and packaging.

If your claim is approved and falls within the 7-day period, we will ship a replacement product at no additional cost. Requests made after this 7-day window will not be eligible for replacement.

Non-Returnable Items
All products are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons, including all beauty and personal care items, as well as customized products.
